WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to return an item to us for whatever reason we request that this is done within 30 days of receipt along with original delivery details. The product must be packed in its original condition complete with any parts or documents. We will refund the price paid (directly to your credit / debit card used in the original transaction) once the item has been inspected including any original postage costs and cost to return the item.
WHATS IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS?
It is of course our intention for all products to arrive in good condition. Should an item arrived damaged, found to be faulty or simply not be what was ordered we will provide a full refund for the product and original shipping costs. We will also arrange for the return of any said item at our cost. If the product is defective and it is within the 2-year warranty period (the guarantee on the item is calculated from the original purchase date), then please contact us at support@home-ware-store.com quoting the order number and your full name and we will advise you of the next steps.
HOW TO RETURN MY PRODUCT?
To make arrangements for the return of a product please contact us by e-mail at support@home-ware-store.com. We will respond to your email within 1 business day. You will need to send your item by post. We don’t charge any fees for the return of the products.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
We will refund the price paid directly to your credit or debit card used in the original transaction. The refund will appear on your card statement within 5 working days.
